Photos and personalisation
What kind of photo works best?
Choose a clear main subject with good contrast. Faces and details work especially well when the background is simple or softly blurred.
Can I use different photos in one order?
Yes. Each piece can use its own photo and framing, or you can quickly assign the first photo to every piece.
Can I preview and adjust the framing?
Yes. Before adding a piece to your basket, you can move, zoom, and rotate the photo and compare the framed image in the preview.
Ordering and payment
Which payment methods can I use?
Depending on availability for your country, Glimery supports Bancontact, credit card, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Pay Button, Klarna, Riverty, Pay by Bank, and iDEAL/Wero. Checkout shows the methods available to you, securely processed by Mollie.
Can I change or cancel my order after paying?
We begin preparing personalised orders after payment is confirmed. Because every piece is made to your specifications, the 14-day right of withdrawal for a change of mind does not apply.
I did not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, contact us from the email address you used at checkout: support@glimery.be
Will my order confirmation show my photo?
Yes. Your confirmation email shows the framed preview from your order, so you can check the selected image and framing. Some email apps may require you to allow images before it appears.
Delivery and gifting
Where does Glimery deliver?
The country selector at checkout shows every destination we currently support. Delivery methods and prices update for the selected country.
How does free shipping work?
When your product subtotal reaches the free-shipping limit shown in the webshop, every available delivery method becomes free for that order.
Can I follow my delivery?
When tracking becomes available, we send the delivery update to the email address used for the order.
What occasions make a good Glimery gift?
Glimery suits birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, new babies, pets, friendships, family memories, memorial gifts, or simply keeping a meaningful photo close.
Product care and support
Why can I not see my image clearly?
The image appears when light shines through the piece. Point the back toward a lamp, window, or daylight so the light passes through from behind.
Can heat damage my keychain?
The material can soften or deform above 50 °C. Always keep your keychain below 50 °C and away from hot cars, radiators, open flames, and other strong heat sources.
How should I clean my piece?
Gently wipe it with a clean, soft cloth. For tight details in the image surface, use a clean, dry, soft-tipped cotton swab. Avoid abrasive cleaners, strong chemicals, and high heat.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email us as soon as possible with your order reference and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging: support@glimery.be
