Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, contact us from the email address you used at checkout: support@glimery.be
Why do the pictures in my email look different from the ones I ordered?
The pictures in your confirmation email are privacy-safe references and may be hidden or look different, so your personal photos are not unnecessarily sent through email. This does not change the photos saved with your order.
Why can I not see my image clearly?
The image appears when light shines through the piece. Point the back toward a lamp, window, or daylight so the light passes through from behind.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email us as soon as possible with your order reference and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging: support@glimery.be
