1. Products and personalisation
Glimery makes personalised photo pieces from the photograph, product, quantity, and framing selected by the customer. Product pages describe the principal characteristics, dimensions, material, included components, price, and available offer.
On-screen previews help the customer choose the framing. Screen colour, brightness, the source photograph, material, manufacturing tolerances, and the way light reaches the finished piece may cause reasonable differences from the digital preview. These differences do not excuse a product that is defective or does not match the agreed characteristics.
The customer must check the selected product, quantity, photo, and framing before ordering.
2. Uploaded photographs
The customer confirms that they may lawfully use every uploaded photograph for the requested order and, where appropriate, have permission from identifiable people shown in it. The customer grants Glimery only the limited right needed to preview, prepare, manufacture, deliver, and support the order.
Glimery may refuse content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes another person's rights, or cannot reasonably or safely be manufactured. If Glimery refuses a paid order, the affected order is cancelled and refunded in full. Photographs are handled as described in the privacy statement.
3. Prices and promotions
Customer-facing prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately before payment. The final checkout total is the amount presented before the customer selects “Order and pay securely”.
When a website-wide buy-and-free promotion is active, only products marked with that offer participate. Eligible products may be combined, complete offer groups are counted across the basket, and the cheapest qualifying piece or pieces in each complete group become free. Free promotional pieces may still require the customer to provide or assign a photograph.
4. Ordering and payment
The customer can review and correct the basket, delivery method, address, and total before placing the order. An order becomes binding when payment is successfully confirmed through Mollie. Glimery sends an electronic confirmation containing the order reference and summary.
Glimery may cancel and fully refund an order if payment cannot be verified, the product is unavailable, the photograph cannot be used, the order presents a safety or legal concern, or an obvious pricing error occurred.
5. Personalised products and withdrawal
Important: each piece is made to the customer's specifications using their photograph and framing. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for a change of mind therefore does not apply. Once payment is confirmed, the customer cannot cancel merely because they changed their mind.
This exception does not affect rights when a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
6. Production and delivery
Glimery normally makes and dispatches an order within 1–3 working days after payment and receipt of a usable photograph. Delivery typically takes a further 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier, and delivery method. These are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times.
The available destination, carrier service, pickup or home-delivery option, and price are displayed before payment. The customer must provide a complete and accurate address and collect a pickup parcel within the carrier's stated period. Glimery will notify the customer of a material foreseeable delay and respects all mandatory statutory delivery rights.
7. Damage, incorrect products, and legal guarantee
Consumers benefit from the statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Nothing in these terms limits that guarantee. The legal guarantee applies to the complete product, including any key-ring hardware supplied with it.
If an order is damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially different from what was agreed, contact support@glimery.be as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order reference, a description, and useful photographs of the product and packaging. Prompt reporting helps with carrier claims but is not a contractual deadline that removes statutory rights.
After assessment, the legally appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or refund.
8. Use and product safety
The product page and any instructions or warnings supplied with the piece form part of the product information. Customers must use the product for its stated purpose and observe those warnings. Printed components are made from PLA unless the product page states otherwise. Where specified on the product page, keychain products also include a metal split ring and connecting hardware. The product page identifies the included components and their known materials. Products contain no electronics unless expressly stated.
Products with small or detachable components are not intended as toys and must be kept away from young children. Stop using the product if its ring or connecting hardware becomes loose, damaged, deformed, or develops a sharp edge. Keep products away from open flames, excessive heat, and uses for which they were not designed.
9. Responsibility
Neither party is responsible for a failure caused by circumstances genuinely beyond reasonable control, but this does not remove mandatory consumer remedies. Glimery does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross fault, death, personal injury, or mandatory product and consumer obligations.
10. Privacy
The privacy statement explains how order details and personal photographs are processed, protected, shared, and deleted. It is separate from these contractual terms.
11. Complaints
Send complaints to support@glimery.be and include the order reference. Glimery will try to investigate and respond within a reasonable period. If an eligible Belgian consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may contact the Consumer Mediation Service.
12. Seller and scope

Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over any conflicting provision in these terms.
13. Applicable law and versions
Belgian law applies, without depriving a consumer living elsewhere of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country. Courts are determined by mandatory jurisdiction rules.
The Dutch text is the reference version where legally permitted. English, French, and German versions are provided for accessibility and are intended to carry the same meaning. The terms version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. Changes apply only to future orders unless the law requires otherwise.
