At checkout, simply choose your country from the list of destinations we currently deliver to. The available delivery methods and prices update automatically, so you can see the delivery times and costs for your location straight away. Choose home delivery or a nearby pickup point. Thanks to our products' compact size, as many as 95% of parcels fit through a letterbox, depending, of course, on the size of your order.

When your product subtotal reaches the free-shipping threshold shown in the shop, every available delivery method is free for that order.

Every shipment has a tracking number, which we send with the shipping confirmation to the email address used for your order. You can follow your parcel at any time until it arrives.

After placing your order, you'll receive three emails to keep you informed at each stage. First comes your order confirmation. Next, you'll receive a shipping confirmation letting you know that we have prepared your parcel and it is on its way. This email also includes the tracking number so you can follow the shipment yourself. Finally, we'll send a confirmation once your parcel has been delivered.

That's normal. The image is designed to become visible only when light shines through it. Hold the back towards a lamp, a window or natural daylight and the image will appear.

To keep your keychain looking its best for longer, keep it below 50 °C and away from places such as hot cars, radiators or open flames. This helps the material keep its shape and preserves the effect of your photo.

Gently wipe your product with a clean, soft cloth. For small details on the image surface, use a clean, soft-tipped cotton bud with a little water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and high temperatures.
